The Jarvis Breast Centre provides one of the largest NHS breast screening services in England for women living in Surrey and North East Hampshire. All women between 50 and 70 years of age will be invited for a screening appointment. As part of an NHS England age extension trial, launched in April 2009, some women may be invited to screening between the ages of 47 and 73.
The list of women to invite is compiled from GP records, so it is important to make sure your details are correct at your GP practice. The invitation is sent out automatically.
